Attention JV Quiz club.  We will not practice this week.  Our next practice will be next Monday.  We’ll see you next Monday in room 708 for JV Quiz club practice.

Attention all NJHS members.  Our next NJHS meeting will not be held until Thursday, January 28.  HOWEVER, your blue community service hour logs are due to Ms. Rodriquez in room 822 or Ms. Hartzell in room 720 by 12:00pm on Thursday, January 14.  Logs must be submitted to remain eligible to participate in NJHS.  So remember to bring them in.

This week the preliminary rounds of the national geography bee will be held in each geography class and a few other select classes.  The students that score the highest in each class will be invited to compete in the school-wide geography bee.  The school-wide bee will be held after school in room 826 on Wednesday, January 20.     Good luck this week in the bee!  Geography bee question of the day:   The Boise State football team that won last night in the Fiesta Bowl plays their home games in what state?
